M37 Parts B: Dropped by Nemesis the fifth time you defeat him
M37 Parts A: Dropped by Nemesis the fourth time you defeat him
Infinite Ammo for one weapon: Dropped by Nemesis the seventh time you defeat him
First Aid Spray Box: Dropped by Nemesis the third and sixth times you defeat him
Eagle Parts B: Dropped by Nemesis the second time you defeat him
Eagle Parts A: Dropped by Nemesis the first time you defeat him
Uniforms
These are the unlockable uniforms and how to get them:
Regina uniform: Finish the game with a rank better then F.
Miniskirt uniform: Finish the game with a rank A.
Jill's RE 1 uniform: Finish the game with a rank better then F.
Biker uniform: Finish the game with a rank A.
70's uniform: Finish the game with a rank A.
Unlock Epilogues
Beat the game the required number of times to unlock each character's epilogue.
Sherry's Epilogue: Beat the game for the 6th time.
Leon's Epilogue: Beat the game for the 4th time.
Jill's Epilogue: Beat the game on any mode once.
Hunk's Epilogue: Beat the game for the 8th, and final, time.
Claire's Epilogue: Beat the game for the 5th time.
Chris' Epilogue: Beat the game once more.
Barry's Epilogue: Beat the game for the 3rd time.
Ada's Epilogue: Beat the game for the 7th time.
Unlock Unlimited Weapons
Start and play the Mercenary's Minigame. Beat it or die and earn money.
Unlimited Ammo of EVERY GUN: Earn $9999
Unlimited Assault Rifle Ammo: Earn $2000
Unlimited Gatling Gun Ammo: Earn $3000
Unlimited Rocket Launcher Ammo: Earn $4000
Get a lot of time in the Mercenaries Mini Game
If you are at the part right after the parking office where a huge bus is and you have over 2 minutes or more, mutated Nemesis will appear. Kill him and you will get a 120 second time bonus.

After you unlock all of the character endings, you will see a special message from the director. One word of caution, this will be the only time you can see this.
Resident Evil 2 Mr. X cameo
Near the end of the game where you have to beat Nemesis with the rail canon, look at the huge body near one of the batteries. This is Mr. X form Resident Evil 2.
