Hold (Option) and start a new game. Alternately, enter a name and identity. Then hold [Shift] and click "Ok" to start a new game. You will have 7 knights, 6 infantrymen, 5 archers, a siege tower and all wooden bars.

Hold [Option] + [Shift]-- or (Option) + [Alt] during game.
